Corey Weiss combines his love of music and marketing background to develop a high-energy class and infectious experience that keeps riders feeling fulfilled and coming back for more. His style of teaching focuses on mind and body and encourages riders to make the most of their time on the bike and most importantly make it fun.
Using his passion for people and his desire to help them be their best, Corey focuses on beats and bio-mechanics to challenge his riders to push themselves out of their comfort zone and into new levels of physical achievement. His aim of each class is to use the bike to help riders achieve their personal, professional and fitness goals.

As an exercise physiologist, wellness coach, motivational speaker & triathlete, Lisa challenges each rider to explore and expand their physical and mental potential while learning to master their inward journey in class and translating it to the outward journey in life. Her sports medicine background, 25 years of transformative coaching, along with her love of music and natural playfulness makes for a fun, inspiring and one-of-a-kind experience!

Hailing from a rugby and aerobics background makes David a natural to spinning! As a seasoned triathlete, he teaches a solid but fun workout that you wish would never end….ever! Plus that South African accent ain’t bad either!

Sherry East is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutritional Counselor. She lives and works in the Santa Monica area and specializes in Clean Eating programs, Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Circuit Training, and weight lifting.
When she’s not training, teaching, or counseling clients, you’ll find her riding her bike to get frozen yogurt with her two kids.

Having been a CAT 1 cyclist for Helens/Trek/Volkswagen in Los Angeles and a Revolution Fitness veteran of 15 years, Riley incorporates her outdoor racing/training into her 20+ years of teaching indoor cycling classes. What brings the two elements together? THE MUSIC and a super sense of fun. Why exercise if you aren’t having any fun? Don’t be fooled however, her classes will leave you sweaty and breathless every time… there will be nothing left at the end but a tired body and a happy soul.

Mikey is a proud born and raised Jersey boy! As a kid, Mikey took to sports of all kinds when life threw curve balls his way. He’s now fully committed to helping people tackle their own personal battles, mentally and physically. The hip-hop spinner & yogi with a big heart, Mikey asks you to set goals and channel positive energy during class to meet your potential. His style is athletic and fun, creating an opportunity for people to build confidence in the studio and chase their dreams outside, with a smile!
